Mark is an attorney with nearly 20 years of experience in life sciences and corporate law, including more than a decade as General Counsel to a biopharma and MedTech company specializing in pregnancy health. His practice has spanned a wide range of matters, including company financing, investor representation, M&A, strategic alliances, technology licensing, regulatory affairs, and clinical, manufacturing, and distribution contracting.

Mark earned his B.A. from Tulane University and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law. After his time as partner at a large national law firm, Mark co-founded Evans Harrison Hackett PLLC in 2007, where he serves as Managing Partner. After managing several successful angel group investments, Mark teamed up with Dave and Casey to co-found Solas BioVentures in 2014.
