Julia Ray is the Solas BioVentures controller and has been with the firm since 2022. Before joining Solas she helped manage the accounts of several businesses, including physician practices. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Western Governors University with a special interest in accounting. Today, Julia is responsible for the day-to-day operations, accounting, and finances of the Solas BioVentures entities. She works with the rest of the team to ensure the security and safe transfer of investments for limited partners and portfolio companies. In addition to these responsibilities, she is a mother, swimmer, and an avid horse rider.
