Dr. Reeves is a dedicated scientist with a profound commitment to translating medical research into beneficial outcomes for patients. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Biochemistry, Cellular, and Molecular Biology from the University of Tennessee. Driven by a passion for pediatric research, he pursued his PhD at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. During his time at St. Jude, he contributed to cutting-edge research aimed at elimination of genomic contaminants in gene therapy products, understanding the mechanisms of drug resistance in hepatocellular carcinoma, and the development of viral vector mediated therapies and vaccines. As an analyst at Solas BioVentures, he leverages his expertise in translational research to evaluate prospective and current portfolio companies with the well-being of patients as his foremost priority. He serves as a board observer for Dimension Bio.​
